Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 302 and 120(b) IPC in Crime No.303 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. It is a retaliation murder. The case of the prosecution is that these petitioners herein belong to one community and the deceased belongs to another community. On 28.10.2014, one Mahesh belonging to the petitioners' community was done to death by the defacto complainant party and to avenge whose death, the petitioners herein and the co-accused have allegedly committed the murder of the brother of the defacto complainant on 23.11.2014. Nine accused have been named in the FIR and names of these accused surfaces in the confession statement of the co-accused. It is stated by Police that there are 10 previous cases against Chandrasekar @ Othakai Sekar / petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.2082 of 2015.

4. Taking into consideration the serious nature of allegations against these petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to them. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
