Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 more particularly, the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.01.2022 submitted for the swindling of his hard earned money to the tune of Rs.1,50,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore and Fifty lakhs) by the respondents 4 to 12 by fraud, by illegal means and threatening of the petitioner and his family members.

O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider his representation, dated 24.01.2022.

2.The petitioner lodged complaint before the third respondent alleging that on the request made by the fourth respondent, the petitioner paid a sum of Rs.3,60,000/-. Thereafter, he failed to repay the said amount and also threatened him. On receipt of the said complaint, the third respondent issued CSR to the petitioner and conducted detailed enquiry. Then, it is revealed that entire reasons are civil in nature and as such, the same was closed on 19.01.2022.

3.Therefore, the petition is not maintainable and devoid of merits. With the said observation, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
