O R D E R

The petitioner is said to have contracted inter religious marriage. The fourth respondent is none other than the father of the petitioner herein. The petitioner apprehends threat to her life as well as that of her husband at the instance of the fourth respondent.

2.When the matter was taken up for admission, Mr.J.Madhu, learned counsel entered appearance for the fourth respondent and submitted that since the petitioner was found missing, the fourth respondent had given a complaint. Now that he has come to know that the petitioner got married, that the fourth respondent will keep off. The said submission is recorded. Since the petitioner apprehends honour killing, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 14.05.2019 and take appropriate action as per the law.
