This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to exempt the petitioner from undergoing the sentence imposed in Crl.A.No.82 of 2022 on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Thanjavur, dated 10.08.2023 in confirming the judgment of conviction and sentence made in C.C.No.09 of 2018 on the file of the Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level, Thanjavur, dated 29.09.2022 pending disposal of the Revision Petition.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition as well as in the memorandum of grounds raised in this petition, this petition is allowed.
