Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.MOORTHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for th petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent.
2. The report received from the Court below shows that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this regularly from 16.11.2016.
3. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ side), in this case, investigation was completed and charge sheet
was filed and the same was taken on file by the learned Magistrate concerned.
4. Considering above said facts, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons.
