This Writ Petition is filed to direct the first respondent herein to re-consider his decision taken on 22.03.2019 in R.C.000954/AP/.IVC/(1)/2019 and to withdraw the punishment imposed on the petitioner vide proceedings in PR.No.68/2006 dated 08.10.2007 issued by the third respondent within the time stipulated by this Court.

Today when the Writ Petition came up for admission, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that he intend to challenge the punishment imposed on the petitioner by the third respondent and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. Further, the learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh Writ petition challenging the order of punishment. No costs.
