ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by D. KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) The prayer in this Writ Petition is seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 10.01.2023.

2. According to the petitioner, he made a representation, dated 10.01.2023 to the respondents seeking to allot quarters to the Firka Surveyors. Since the same has not been considered, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the respondent authorities would consider the claim of the petitioner and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a time frame to be stipulated by this court. 2/5

4. In view of the abovesaid submission, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 10.01.2023 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after due opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned. Such an exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
