ORDER
The present petition is filed seeking for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni to dispose of C.C.No.440 of 2013. 2.Mr.P.Sivachandran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contended that though the accused are very much available in the same village, the respondent police did not produce the accused before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni. 3.Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, would contend that there are 34 accused in C.C.No.440 of 2013 and NonBailable Warrants are pending as against A-1, A-15, A-16, A-17 and A-26 and that they would be executing the warrants. 4.In the circumstances, no direction can be given to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni, to dispose of C.C.No.440 of 2013. However, the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, is directed to execute the Non-bailable Warrants against the accused and produce them before the concerned Court wihtin a period of two https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

5.With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
