2. The plaintiff in O.S.No.51 of 2021 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Orathanadu is the revision petitioner. The suit is for declaration and recovery of possession. The defendant disputes the extent of the property to which the plaintiff is entitled. There is no dispute regarding the identity of the property.
3. In these circumstances, appointing an advocate commissioner is not going to serve any purpose. That is the reason given by the court below. Interference with the impugned order is not warranted. The civil revision petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
