ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition, praying to direct the 1st respondent to give necessary Pandopastu to the petitioner's life and land situate in Chettivayal Village, bearing Survey No.137/4, 137/5, 137/6 and 137/7, Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukottai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent police.

3.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that they would give police protection only to the life and limb of the petitioner.
