Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 4th respondent in his proceedings dated 15.12.2018 and quash the same as illegal and further direct the respondents to disburse the medical expenses a sum of Rs.4,90,709/- within the period that may be stipulated by this Honble Court. The learned Additional Government Pleader furnished a copy of the letter issued by the District Collector, Tiruchirappalli to him on 16.03.2022. Relying on the said letter, the learned Additional Government Pleader made a submission that the petitioner has not produced the following original documents to the respondents enabling them to consider:- 1.Medical Documents, Receipts Bills, Investigation Reports with Flims (Original & Xerox Copy-1) 2.Bank Pass Book (Xerox Copy-2) & Cancelled Original Cheque leaf-1.

3.Pension Book (Xerox Copy-2) 4.NHIS Card/Annexure Form (Xerox Copy-2) 5.Aadhar Card (Xerox Copy-2) 2.However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already produced the original documents.

3.If so, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the District Collector in person and verify the same and accordingly, submit all the original documents as sought for above enabling the Authorities to consider her claim. In view of the fact that the petitioner has not fully submitted the original documents, this Court is not inclined to proceed with the contempt petition.
