Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.PANDI MAHARAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly from 18.11.2016.

Taking note of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m. for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required.
