ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.969 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that after registration of FIR, investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.272 of 2016 before the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
