PRAYER :- C-33E. To grant extension of time for a period of four months to comply the 2nd condition of the order made in Crl.M.P.No.2665 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Dindigul, dated 18.09.2025.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 18.09.2025 in in Crl.M.P.No.2665 of 2025 to surrender and execute the sureties.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petitioner is directed to pay the half of arrears of maintenance amount of Rs.4,15,000/- (Rupees Fourteen lakhs and fifteen thousand only) in five equal instalments in every month. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the time already granted is extended for four weeks to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy is made ready.
