O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner made a representation inter-alia alleging that the fifth respondent was acting in collusion with the accused person by letting him out so as to enable him to get the Anticipatory Bail.

2.Though the counter affidavit filed by the fifth respondent denying the above, considering the nature of allegations made, by going through the photographs, we direct the third respondent to look into the representation made by the petitioner and take appropriate action within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The third respondent shall also give a personal hearing to the petitioner to substantiate the case along with materials including photographs.

3. The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
