RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD) No.22027/2016 dated 01.12.2016 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m. until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SUBASH BABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of P.KANDASAMY Govt Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side], the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 04.12.2016 onwards and the petitioner is charged for offence under Section 307 IPC inclusively. 3.Considering the above said fact, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e on every Sunday until further orders.
