ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent withdraw the case in Crime No. 43 of 2022 on the file of the second respondent to entrust the same to the third respondent or any other police station other than the second respondent, by considering the representation, dated 05.01.2023, submitted by the petitioner. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the second respondent, after completing the investigation, has filed a final report before the jurisdictional Court, today i.e., on 06.02.2023 as 'further action dropped' and that RCS notice was also served on the defacto complainant. 3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is 2/4

disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition before the jurisdictional Court, if so advised.
