O. P (MD) NO. 20731 of 2016 dated 15.11.2016. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.MURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 29.11.2016 and the investigation is still pending.

3. Taking note of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
