ORDER
It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent to file final report in Crime No.143 of 2014 within a time frame. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even after a lapse of two years and four months from the date of registration of the case, the respondent did not take any efforts to file the final report. Hence, the petitioner has come up with this petition for the aforesaid prayer.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that already charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai and that the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.331 of 2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
