O R D E R
This petition is filed to transfer the investigation in crime No.64 of 2013 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent to any other competent authority for fair and speedy investigation within a reasonable time.
2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that the FIR in crime No.64 of 2013pending on the file of the 2nd respondent has been enquired and the same was closed on 02.03.2014 as 'Action Dropped'.
3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. The second respondent is directed to serve RCS to the petitioner.
