Since his sister aged 28 years, a B.E graduate went missing, the petitioner has filed a complaint before the Police and later filed this Habeas Corpus Petition.

The respondent/Police has secured the sister of the petitioner/detenue who has left the house due to some family quarrel and got employment in a Ladies Hostel as a Warden. 3.

Today, the petitioner as well as his sister/detenue are present before this Court. The detenue expressed that she has already joined the family.

Recording the same, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. No costs.
