O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner is that the third respondent has given a complaint against the petitioner and in that regard, the petitioner is summoned for enquiry. It is seen that the third respondent is the wife of the petitioner. Due to misunderstanding between them, the third respondent went to her parental home. The petitioner approached the third respondent for reunion. The third respondent lodged a complaint before the second respondent police. Hence, the petitioner was called upon for enquiry by the second respondent police. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has filed this criminal original petition for not to harass him.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first and second respondents submitted that on the complaint given by the third respondent, an enquiry is pending and the summons were also issued to the concerned parties.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the first and second respondents are directed to not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.
