This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute and consequently not to harass the petitioner and his wife under the guise of enquiry except under due process of law. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent herein, the petitioner was called for enquiry and after conducting enquiry, the complaint was closed on 10.06.2019.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the second respondent is directed not to harass the petitioner.
