ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members and not to interfere with the money dispute which is civil in nature.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that there was money transaction between the petitioner and the third respondent and the petitioner wanted to get back the money from the third respondent and instructed to return back the money. In order to evade from repayment of money, the third respondent lodged complaint. Based on the complaint, respondents 1 and 2 harassed the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents would submit that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, they made enquiry. During the enquiry, it was revealed that there was some money dispute and the petitioner also received jewels from the third 2/4

respondent and thereby, dispute between them arose and the enquiry is still pending. During the enquiry, they have not harassed the petitioner.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, it is appropriate to direct the Inspector of Police to complete the enquiry as early as possible without any delay in accordance with law.

5. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
