This petition is filed to direct the first respondent herein to withdraw the investigation in Crime No.108 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent and transfer the same to any other police not below the rank of Inspector of Police and direct him to conduct fair and free investigation in accordance with law. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that already the case in Crime No.108 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent has been closed as 'Action Dropped' on 10.10.2016. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal original petition is dismissed.
