When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that all the witnesses are being examined and that the investigation is proceeding in a proper direction. It appears that the petitioner's grievance is on account of non-inclusion of Section 339 of I.P.C. in the FIR. Now it has been included and altered report has also been filed. Be that as it may, the first respondent is directed to monitor the investigation.
