ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is A4 in Crime No.713 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 41(11) Cr.P.C. on the file of the respondent Police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 28.09.2015. He seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 28.09.2015 the accused were found inside the burial ground with deadly weapon and preparing to commit decoity.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further represented that the co accused / A6 was granted bail in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20206 of 2015 by this Court. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police strongly opposed the bail petition and submitted that the petitioner is a notorious rowdy and he is facing 5 criminal cases for the offence under Sections 302 and 392 IPC.

5.Considering the fact that the co accused was granted bail in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20206 of 2015, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Dindigul, and on further condition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police thrice a daily at 10.00 a.m., 2.00 p.m., and 6.00 p.m., until further orders. sd/- 30/10/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
