To call for entire records and set aside the order passed in M.C.No.126 of 2015 dated 26.11.2020 on the file of Family Court, Trichy.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.SENTHILKUMAR.T., Advocate for the petitioner, while admitting the Criminal Revision Case, the Court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.This petition has been filed to stay the further proceedings of the order in M.C.No.126 of 2015, dated 26.11.2020, on the file of the Family Court, Trichy, till the disposal of the Criminal Revision Case.

on condition that the petitioner has to deposit a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs only) before the Family Court, Trichy, within a period of six weeks from today (i.e.17.02.2021) and the petitioner is further directed to deposit 50 % of the monthly maintenance amount on or before seventh of every month. Failing which, the interim stay already granted stands automatically vacated.
