ORDER

This Criminal Original petition is filed for quashing the First Information Report in Crime No.31 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent police, in so far as the petitioners are concerned.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first

respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

3. It is admitted that after filing of Charge Sheet, the case was taken on file in C.C.No.266 of 2015 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi. It is stated that since the Criminal Original petition is filed for challenging the Charge Sheet in C.C.No.266 of 2015, this petition has become infructuous.

4. Hence, the Criminal Original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
