To relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners by this Honble Court in Crl OP (MD) No.19193/2022 dt.31.10.2022. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SELVANAYAGAM D, Advocate for the petitioner and of on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.15259 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.19193 of 2022, dated 08.12.2022.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.15259 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.19193 of 2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
