ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.01.2024 within the stipulated time to be fixed by this Court.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for admission, Mrs.S.Devasena, learned Standing Counsel, who took notice for the 4th respondent, by producing the proceedings of the 4th respondent, dated 29.01.2024, has submitted that stop construction notice has been issued to the private respondents.

3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. We make it clear that if there is any other remedy available, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
