Pleased to call for the records in Spl.S.C.No.224/2019 before the Learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of POCSO Act, Tirunelveli and to set aside the judgment of the conviction on the appellant/accused.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SORIMUTHU.V, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.R.SURESHKUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD).No.14721 of 2022 in Crl.A(MD)No.814 of 2022 on 29.11.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

Crl.M.P(MD)No.2556 of 2023 4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD).No.14721 of 2022 in Crl.A(MD)No.814 of 2022 on 29.11.2022 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in three months, until further orders.
