ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner and her family members to cultivate the land in Survey No.96/1C2 by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 24.01.2023.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed a suit in O.S.No.173 of 2008 and after trial, the suit was decreed on 01.12.2019; that the appeal, which had been filed challenging the judgment and decree was already dismissed and that the second appeal is pending. He would further submit that this Court has not granted any stay order in the second appeal.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondents 1 and 2 are not aware whether any stay was granted.

4. Recording the said submission, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 24.01.2023, by taking note of the decree granted by the competent civil Court.

5. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
