ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 I.P.C., in Cr.No.Not known of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner as well as the defacto complainant had appeared before the respondent police and the defacto complainant, after receiving the amount in cash and cheques given by the petitioner, has endorsed that no further action is necessary and on that basis, the petitioner was ordered to be closed.
