ORDER
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the second show cause notice has been withdrawn and therefore, he is withdrawing this writ petition, as the main ground for challenge in this writ petition is that the respondents do not have authority to issue the second show cause notice under Section 212 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act, 1994.
2.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed in terms of the statement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
