Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.P.NARAYANA KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner in all the petitions and of M/S K.V.RAJARAJAM, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents in all the petitions the court made the following order:- This matter is listed today under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in all petitions.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the earlier condition imposed by this Court dated 18.04.2017 may be modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Court of Sessions instead of appearing before the respondent police.

3. Considering the submission, the earlier condition passed by this Court on 18.04.2017 directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police, once in a week., i.e., on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders shall be modified as 'to report before the Sessions Court, Kanyakumari, once in a week, i.e., on every Tuesday, at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.' 4.The Registry is directed to issue the modified order and issue the corrected order copy.
