Certificate under the caption for persons affected due to Land Acquired for Government Purposes and further direction directing the 6th Respondent to sponsor the Petitioner's name in the priority basis against the existing vacancies.
ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.R.PRITHVIRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.LINGADURAI, Special Government Pleader on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- This Petition is allowed on payment of Rs.750/-(Rupees Seven Hundred Fifty only) by the Petitioner to SIDDHA CLINIC attached to Madurai Bench of Madras High Court.
