ORDER:- This petition coming on for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the earlier order of this Court dated 07/03/2024 and also the requisition letter submitted by Additional District Munsif, Thanjavur, this Court made the following order:

"The learned Additional District Munsif, Thanjavur, has sent a letter requesting extension of a further time to dispose of the case in E.P.No.8 of 2017 in O.S.No.465 of 1997 pursuant to the order of this Court dated 07.03.2024.
