ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the sole accused in Crime No.124 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 324 and 307 IPC on the file of the respondent Police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 14.10.2015. He seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to family dispute, on 12.10.2015, the accused attacked the injured. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the de facto complainant is none other than the son-in-law of the petitioner and the injured has already been discharged from the hospital.

4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi, Pudukkottai District, and on further condition that the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
