ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The case of Ponalagar / substituted writ petitioner is that his father had purchased the petition mentioned property vide sale deed dated 04.03.1950 and sale deed dated 31.03.1950. His grievance is that the revenue record did not reflect the name of his father. Therefore, Andiyambalam had given a petition before the Revenue District Officer for deleting the names of the third parties and for including his name. Since Andiyambalam is no more, I permit his son / A.Ponnalagar to submit a fresh petition before the Revenue District Officer,

3. The Revenue District Officer, Dindigul is directed to dispose of the same and pass final order within a period of twelve weeks from date of receipt 2/4

of a copy of this order. The Revenue District Officer, Dindigul shall put all the interested persons on notice before passing final order. It is made clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
