ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondent police to register the complaint of the petitioner, dated 10.01.2015 sent to the second respondent police and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. The learned Additional Advocate General on instructions submits that on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 10.01.2015, a case has been registered in Crime No.161 of 2015 on the file of Karur Town Police Station for offence under Section 4(1) of Tamil Nadu Open Places Disfigurement Act, 1950.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition shall stand closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(T&P) /True Copy/ Sub- Assistant Registrar To 1.The Superintendent of Police, Karur District,Karur.
