The grievance of the petitioner is that one Mujibur Rehman has given a complaint against the petitioner and in that regard, the petitioner is summoned for enquiry. It is seen that the petitioner was the original tenant and he was in possession of the shop in question. The fourth respondent is trying to grab the possession of the shop in question. Therefore, the petitioner has filed this criminal original petition.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first and second respondents submitted that on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, an enquiry is pending and the summons were also issued to the concerned parties.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the first respondent Police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

order and the petitioner is also directed to co-operate with the enquiry by producing necessary documents. But on the guise of enquiry, the petitioner Shall not be harassed. 4.The criminal original petition is ordered accordingly.
