Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and also the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the time to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchendur, is extended, for a period of two weeks, from the date in which the order copy is made ready.
