O R D E R

The petitioner herein was the first accused in C.C.No.62 of 2015. The petitioner was absconding accused. Therefore, the case was split up and trial proceeded against the second respondent. The second accused was acquitted. Therefore, the first accused/petitioner herein has to face trial. In the meanwhile, he has amicably solved the issue with the defacto complainant. This Court therefore is of the view that no purpose will be served in directing the prosecution to continue. The petitioner as well as the defacto complainant are present in person before this Court. Mr.G.Babu, the Sub Inspector of Police, Annavasal Police Station, Annavasal, Pudukottai District had identified the respective parties. A compromise memo has also been filed before this Court.
