This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the third respondent herein, the petitioner was called for enquiry and after conducting enquiry, the complaint was closed on 13.05.2019.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the first respondent is directed not to harass the petitioner.
