When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that no complaint has been received by the second respondent. The petitioner's counsel responded by pointing that the complaint dated 31.05.2019 is enclosed in the typed set of papers. But then there is no proof of having filed the same before the second respondent. As and when the petitioner approaches the second respondent with any complaint, the second respondent will look into the same and act in accordance with law. 2.This Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
