It is submitted by the Learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) that the petitioner is complying the with condition regularly. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioners are government servants, he seeks for modification of the condition from morning to evening.
4.Considering the same, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall comply with the condition evening at 6'0 clock instead of 10.30 a.m. in the morning.
