RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed against him in Crl.O.P.NO.23904 of 2016, dated 18/01/2017 on the file of this Honourable Court and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.THIRUNAVUKARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate (criminal side), on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly. She further submitted that the case is of the year 2006 and the case in respect of the petitioner was split up and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the same is pending in C.C.No.9 of 2012 and the same is posted to

25.04.2017.

3. Considering above said facts, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on the next date of hearing ie., 25.04.2017, failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed. The petitioner shall also appear before the said Court on all the future hearing dates without fail.
