RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Prayer in CRL MP(MD).3266/ 2017 in CRL OP(MD) No.8032 of 2016 : Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner on 21.10.2016 in Crl.M.P.No. 10180 of 2016 in Crl.O.P.8032 of 2016 while granting him anticipatory Bail Prayer in CRL MP(MD).

10180/ 2016 in CRL OP(MD) No.8032 of 2016 : To relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner on 16.08.2016 in Crl. M. P. No. 6018 of 2016 in Crl. O. P. No. 8032 of 2016 while granting him anticipatory bail and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.ALAGUMANI, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of Mrs.S.Prabha, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent in both the petitions, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 09.11.2016.

3.Considering above said facts, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.
