Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent proceedings in Na.Ka.A10/1922/2014 dated 30.11.2017, quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the respondents 1 to 3 to give compassionate appointment in the cadre of Record Clerk to the petitioner as forwarded by the 5th respondents proceedings in Na.Ka.No.PaA6/5516/2010 dated 27.01.2016 within a time frame fixed by this Honble Court.
ORDER : This civil miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.SHAJI BINO, Special Government Pleader for the petitioners and of Mr.M.VENKATESAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent No.1, the Court made the following order:- 2/5

2.Learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 2 to 4 has no objection for condoning the delay.
3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to the credit of Account No.10767823177 [State Bank of India], towards District Siddha Medical Officer, CCRI, Periyakulam, within a period of two [2] weeks from today.
4.The Registry shall not number the Writ Appeal, if the receipt of the payment of cost is not enclosed.
